Information

Rostovsky Pereulok runs in parallel to the embankment of the same name. The comfortable apartments in the residential house completed by RESTAVRACIA N in 1999 are distinguished by beautiful views of Moscow river embankments featuring monumental bridges, the MSU skyscraper and the White House. The Bogdan Khmelnitsky pedestrian bridge spans from Berezhkovskaya Embankment straight to the base of the building. The embankment is principally dominated by the House of Rostovskaya Embankment designed by Alexei Shchusev. Rendered along the “Stalin Empire” lines, the semi-circular stately building gives the pitch to the surrounding urban landscape. While having given rather monumental shape to the House in Rostovsky Pereulok, the architects relieved it by the fine decoration of the fa?ades. It is pleasant to watch the urban panorama from the forged-grill balconies of the house at any time of the day. The building meets all of the requirements imposed upon modern premium-class residences: large areas, well-developed infrastructure, winter gardens, round-the-clock security and an underground parking garage. The small number of apartments in the house has enabled us to create a homogenous comfortable social environment for the inhabitants.
