Designer Apartments in Knightsbridge Private Park

Knightsbridge Private Parkpresents a design project with traditional one-level as well as two-level apartments, which will be sold to customers key ready. The decision was made by the project’s developer Restavracia N based on the growing demand for turn-key designer apartments.
The residential complex is designed and developed by Oleg Klodt’s architect bureau, a company doing interior design since 2000. Oleg’s portfolio includes dozens of interior designs for private apartments and houses as well as hotels, restaurants and stores. This year he made it into the finals of the Andrew Martin Designer of the Year Awards competition, “Academy awards” in the world of design as Time Magazine has dubbed it. It is notable that Martin Waller, head of Andrew Martin International, was the person who designed the showroom for Knightsbridge Private Park.
Restavracia N told Oleg Klodt that the objective was to develop the concept for Knightsbridge Private Park habitat combining comfort and exquisite taste. This idea, first realized in the neoclassic British architecture of the buildings and landscape design of the park, will be completed in the interior designs as well. ‘When future Knightsbridge Private Park residents buy their new designer apartments, they can rest assured that their personal habitat will be in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the elite neighborhood, which should enhance the feeling of being at home,’ says Timur Sukharev, Commercial Director for Restavracia N.
‘The design will be based on the universal contemporary English style. We have added a few traditional elements: some stucco moldings, some paneled walls, but overall it is a fairly modern design. In terms of layout, we have large merging spaces, even a two-level living room; in terms of interior design elements, we are looking for interesting and expressive objects. Our job is to strike a balance between having a variety of elements of different styles and keeping everything in perfect harmony. We often utilize the contemporary English style and we are comfortable working with it, so we were lucky to find the ideas of Knightsbridge developers matching our preferences so closely. I am confident that the result will be exceptional,’ notes Oleg Koldt.
The designer apartments are scheduled to be ready around October 2015.
