By the end of 2013 the map of Moscow elite real estate had been totally reconsidered as if it were the result of a short-term victorious war. In the course of the previous rating Ostrozhenka took the upper hand over Patriarshiye Ponds, as a result of this rating – it left behind Khamovniki.
