David Linley will develop design-solutions for public areas in a premium class residential complex in Khamovniki.

The extremely popular British designer, founder of Linley and nephew of HM the Queen of UK, David Linley (in the photo) will develop design-solutions for public areas in a premium class residential complex under construction in Khamovniki (developed by Restavracia N).

The elite residential quarter Knightsbridge Private Park will be the first large project of David Linley in Moscow.   Linley Company will work out an exclusive design of public areas of the complex: from the central reception to entrance groups up to lift halls and will offer several options of designs for flats and penthouses. Four club mansions  in the Knightsbridge Private Park will be decorated in a common style but in different colour concepts. The interior finishing of household by Linley will be optional for buyers of luxury flats in the Knightsbridge Private Park.

Apart from developing design-solutions for the Knightsbridge Private Park complex, the Linley Company will provide marketing support of the project at the international level. Into the range of services provided by the company of David Linley there will be included tailoring of corporate style of the premium residential complex, new web-site development, as well as creation of a visual concept for some marketing campaigns.

Knightsbridge Private Park is a residential complex with the total area of 91,420 square metres located in the Khamovniki district. The architectural ensemble of the quarter in traditional English style  consisting of four seven-storey mansions is united with a large-scale private park. Within the project there have been presented several formats of real estate including two-level townhouses with private yards. Areas of households are from 180 to 600 square metres and are perfect for  families’ living. Well-developed premium class infrastructure including kindergarten, wellness-centre with a swimming-pool, a conceptual caf? and a shop.
