MIR I DOM: Knightsbridge Private park
The Restavracia N Company has also gathered an excellent starry cast for its project Knightsbridge Private Park in Khamovniki. The residential quarter of four buildings is being constructed in the classical English style in accordance with the project of the prominent Russian architect Aleksey Kurenny. It is envisaged to create a park with the area of 2 ha on the territory of the complex. Its landscape design will be worked out by a famous British designer whose name the company promises to announce later. The developer has managed to attract to working on the project several foreign stars at a time. The first one was the legendary Martin Waller, the founder and Creative Director of Andrew Martin. Among his clients there are such famous persons as Elton John, Nicolas Sarkozy, Tony Blair, David Beckham and Queen Elizabeth II. At first it was planned that Martin Waller would deal with the design of public areas of Knightsbridge Private Park: about a year ago he prepared and presented a showroom, and actually a sales office for this residential complex in Frunzenskaya 19. However later it was decided that Mr. Waller would concentrate on flats of those residents who would like to get an interior designed by the star and the nephew of the English Queen David Linley, the founder of the LINLEY Company and Chairperson of the Christie‘s auction house in Great Britain, would design public areas of the complex.
