RESTAVRACIA N continues its art patronage. This time around the company will be partnering up with the modern choreography festival Context: Dianna Vishenva that will take place in Moscow on Nov 26 through Nov 29, 2014.

Over a period of four days leading modern choreography companies from all over the world will be performing at venues all over Moscow, young Russian choreographers will be showing off their work, screenings, workshops and round tables will be held with ballet stars and trend-setters of modern choreography.

 The goal of the festival is to help domestic choreographers and Restavracia N has always been interested in supporting this kind of projects. During the festival young Russian dancers and choreographers will get the chance to learn from foreign partners as well as show off their own skill.

The main venue at the Moscow Council Theatre is where the Gauthier Dance Company from Stuttgart will be performing. At last year’s festival saw a performance by its founder Eric Gauthier  and this time around the entire company will be coming to Moscow. It is going to be their first performance in Russia. The Netherlands Dance Theatre (NDT II) will be performing Paul Lightfoot and Saul Leon productions Sad Case, Shutters Shut as well as Subject to Change, featuring Dianna Vishneva and Andrey Merkuriev. Ate9 dANCE cOMPANY from the US will present its Word of Mouth project that premiered in Los Angeles in April 2014.

The festival will close with a Vishneva Gala that will feature Ballet PReljocaj from France, Nanine Linning Heidelberg from Germany, Vladimir Varnava and Dianna Vishenva.
