Knightsbridge Private Park to Get to a New Stage
Restavracia N declares its flagship project, de luxe residential quarter Knightsbridge Private Park to get to a new stage of construction.
The new stage of primary installation and construction work will continue until the end of the autumn when erection of external walls of the houses is to be fully completed. The construction is carried out simultaneously in the whole elite quarter which includes four club houses, wellness centre and a kindergarten. At present the initial construction work at the complex is being completed; it is the most difficult and the longest stage when in the area of 3 hectares foundation for several buildings is laid simultaneously.
Knightsbridge Private Park is a project with the lowest built-up density as the main infrastructure: a parking lot for over 400 cars and all service zones are under the ground thus maintaining the area of the complex for life and rest. Upon completion of the main construction work the concrete stylobate will be covered by an impressive English park that is going to spread out over an area of over two hectares.
Due to getting to a new stage of construction, prices for flats in Knightsbridge Private Park will increase.
The price correction will be at least 10% and will vary depending on the type of premises: traditional flats, townhouses, terraced apartments and penthouses. Terraced apartments with panoramic view onto the picturesque embankments of the Moskva river and parks, the Novodevichy Convent, the main building of the University and Moscow City sky-scrapers will be subject to highest indexation.
The residential quarter Knightsbridge Private Park, the construction of which is carried out on the site with an area of 3 hectares in the Khamovniki district will be commissioned at the beginning of 2015. Upon completing the construction, Knightsbridge Private Park will become the first elite project in Moscow whose environmental friendliness is confirmed by the international BREEAM certificate.
