RESTAVRACIA N completed the construction of the La Défense residential compound at the intersection of the 3rd Frunzenskaya Street and the Yefremova Street in 2005.
Simple in its architectural forms, with ascetic brick and natural stone facades, this house, even years after its completion, stands out among the properties of its class in terms of exceptional infrastructure and functionality. The La Défense quarter in Paris is known as a centre for business life and often called the “Paris Manhattan”. The Moscow La D?fense compound, like all projects implemented by RESTAVRACIA N, is distinguished by a top-notch location – 7 km from the Kremlin, in Khamovniki, one of the best Moscow districts. Fine estates of Russian aristocrats neighbour stately buildings of the Stalin era here. Its well-developed infrastructure and green walking areas have made Khamovniki one of the most comfortable and cosy districts of the capital. La Défense harmonically fits the surrounding urban environment. The ground floor of the residential compound is occupied by office premises and a spa centre. The two below-surface levels host an underground parking lot containing 300 parking spaces (3 per apartment), one of the best underground parking lots, in terms of its infrastructure solutions, among the Moscow luxury properties. La Défense is distinguished by a high level of comfort and the layout of public areas: the landscape design of the yard, the magnificent decoration of the lobbies and facades, the panoramic and stained-glass glazing of the apartments, high ceilings, central air conditioning, combined extract and input ventilation, a built-in individual heating station, high-level utility systems and eight high-speed elevators. A maximum security of living is ensured by round-the-clock video surveillance, access to the compound via a central checkpoint and access to the garage and entrances using electronic keys. A large playground for children and a guest parking lot are located in the patio. The project was implemented jointly with the Stroitex group of companies.
