RESTAVRACIA N CEO Enver Kuzmin and Landscape Designer Chris Beardshaw present the design of an English park for Knightsbridge Private Park to journalists.
The design was presented by RESTAVRACIA N CEO Enver Kuzmin and British landscape designer Chris Beardshaw who was invited to Russia especially for this event.
‘For RESTAVRACIA N, a company that in 2002 renovated and has since maintained Trubetsky’s Park, it is a logical next step in development to try and go beyond simply building a residential district, creating a integrated space for comfortable living,’ Enver Kuzmin stressed. Knightsbridge Private Park is 2/3 parks, which is unprecedented for today’s residential development in Moscow. This puts the new residential complex head and shoulders above the competition in a league of its own.
A world-renown landscape designer was invited to work on the project: UK’s Chris Beardshaw, the author of numerous gardens and parks, the host of a BBC TV show and the chief consultant of the Royal Gardening Society. Mr Beardshaw told the journalists about his vision for a park in a residential district, its style, composition, sculptural elements and colour variations. ‘The park is not just an extension of the living space of the four townhouses of Knightsbridge Private Park, but also an extension of the interior living space in the development. We believe that our experience that today is for the first time being offered in luxury real estate will become a new trend for developers in both luxury and other segments of real estate, ‘ Chris Beardshaw noted.
