This event coincides with the opening of the exhibition “Pre-Raphaelites: Victorian Avant-Garde” in the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts.

Restavracia N as a part of implementation of its flagship project - de luxe residential quarter Knightsbridge Private Park in Khamovnki, having the same name as the famous London district, carries out a policy of promotion of the British culture in the Russian capital. This activity area has become the ground for cooperation with the oldest British auction house Christie’s and has expanded into the project on delivery of paintings of representatives of the Pre-Raphaeliteschool, one of the most significant movements in the British painting of the 19th century. One of the masterpieces exhibited in Russia for the first time is the painting “Lady Campbell (Nina Lehmann)” by sir John Everett Millais; it was created in the painter’s mansion in the London district Knightsbridge after which the elite quarter being constructed in Moscow by the company Restavracia N is named.

Knightsbridge Private Park is constructed in the style of English neoclassicism; its architectural and design solutions contain referrals to traditional private mansions in London of the 19th century. The image of the inner area of the residential quarter as well as landscape solutions have been worked out by famous designers and conceptualists including Martin Waller  (Andrew Martin Design) and other famous representatives of the British School of design whose names will be announced later.

The event in the Residency of the Ambassador of Great Britain was visited by Regina von Flemming, General Director of the publishing house Axel Springer Russia, businessman Vladimir Ovcharenko, film director Andrey Zhitinkin and other famous representatives of business, culture and arts.
