Specially for the Russian-German House, RESTAVRACIA N renovated a historical house on Malaya Pirogovskaya Street, one of the oldest streets in Khamovniki.
The established development mode required the careful preservation of the building’s style, and the company had to meet all requirements applicable to the relevant class of commercial property. The tripartite division of the fa?ade, pseudopillars at the top portion of the structure, arched windows, a rusticated bottom, an attic floor and the warm beige colouring traditional for Moscow architecture make the German House a beautiful example of a carefully preserved historical Classicist building. In its interior, the German House is equipped according to the intended use of the property: it hosts public and commercial organisations of Russia and Germany, and its rooms named after German cities serve as a venue for seminars, exhibitions or social events at a level consistent with the European standards.
